Ideas

Ideas come out of realising that there is a problem to solve, that something isn't working properly.

There is in fact a sequence of events in problem solving. The basic steps are:

  • Realising that there is a problem,
  • Identifying & describing the problem,
  • Finding solutions,
  • Picking a solution(s), and
  • Implementing the solution(s).

At the end of this, you are in a new situation. Maybe the solution worked perfectly, maybe not. If it didn't, then you need to repeat the sequence until you get to a point where you have the best possible result.

So, what are your problems? What keeps bothering you? Administration? Competition from China? Your overdraft? How about talking to us about the way forward- we might well be able to show you some really cost-effective ideas, and we could even provide Finance to help you afford it in these difficult times (Finance can save you money due to the different tax treatment).
