This is the hard part. Unfortunately, you won't just get a price- you'll need to consider lots of different ideas from these companies, all of whom would like to avoid doing the time-consuming work and who would like to add "exciting" features to win the bid. Look beyond the quotation- does the company look like it has understood your problem? Are they going to do all the things that matter to you?
